Dr. Bronner’s Peppermint Toothpaste Review

When was the last time you lost a tooth? We sometimes seem to forget that we only get two sets of teeth, even though the first set does not last very long. Little do we realize, the way we eat is the way we live. How we manage the health of our mouths goes a long way in determining how we manage our lives. As we age, the condition of our body is ever degrading. It is crucial that we maintain ourselves to the best of our ability for as long as we can. In America, we have this image that by the time we are 60, our bodies will be shot. However, this image does not have to be our reality. We can have wonderful health and be over 100 years old! Healthy lifestyle habits start on the smallest scale. The famous phrase “You are what you eat” couldn’t be more true.

What’s the difference between organic toothpaste and regular toothpaste?

Like many, I have brushed my teeth twice a day for as long as I can remember. 18 of my 20 years were spent using Crest, Colgate, Listerine, and many other Walmart brand toothpaste; had my teeth cleaned with fluoride at the dentist, and have only ever had one cavity. No braces and only the top two wisdom teeth were removed this past winter. Overall, I could say that my teeth have treated me well and vice versa. So why switch toothpaste?

After reading extensively about our pineal gland, I learned that the effect fluoride has on this tiny part of our brain, I immediately changed toothpaste. The pineal gland is in the shape of a pine cone and is about as large a pistachio. This tiny organ plays a key role in our sleep/wake cycle and circadian rhythm, as well as the production of DMT. This minute chemical, called dimethyltryptamine, is nick-named the spirit chemical. It is who we are.

Non-organic toothpaste contains fluoride, as well as other synthetic neurotoxins.

Things like fluoride, sodium lauryl sulfate, triclosan, propylene glycol, glycerin, ethanol, sweeteners, and many other toxic items. The biggest factor is fluoride, which calcifies the pineal gland, along with eventually aiding in tooth decay. The mouth absorbs everything into the bloodstream, which passes on to the center of our brains, the pituitary and pineal gland. This calcification of the pineal gland depersonalizes us, makes us hyperactive, and decreases the amount of serotonin and melatonin we produce. This alters our circadian rhythm cycle, and over years and years, it changes who we are.

Two years ago I switched toothpaste to fluoride free, and it has created a radical change in my mood and personality. Of course, this is not the only factor, but it aided in the process of discovering spirituality, which has changed many aspects regarding how I treat my body.

Dr. Bronner is famous for high quality, organic, environmentally responsible products.

This toothpaste not only comes with 70% organic ingredients, and no artificial sweeteners. In the past two years, I have tried four other kinds of toothpaste, and Dr. Bronner’s peppermint toothpaste has by far been the best choice. With some of the other toothpaste I have tried, there has either been a not clean enough feeling, or it tasted too clean and antiseptic, like that of Crest and Colgate. Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste has a fine balance of sweet, no microbeads or synthetic toxic ingredients. This toothpaste cleans your teeth, tastes good, and helps freshen your breath while removing plaque.

The product holds its promise.

One awesome aspect of Dr. Bronner’s toothpaste is the uniqueness of the container. Both the box and the toothpaste tube are covered in inspiring quotes, sayings, and words of wisdom. “Great men are nothing but ordinary men inspired by extraordinary determination to unite all mankind!” Dr. Bronner promises ‘No artificial preservatives, colors, flavors or sweeteners. No synthetic detergent foaming agents, fluoride free, low foaming and 100% vegan. No animal by-products or testing!’

Feeling down? Difficulty getting to sleep? Does your life seem out of balance? Change starts at the center.

A healthy pineal gland is a very large step in having a healthy body, mind, and soul. We cannot prevent aging, nor time passing. We can decide how well our lives are maintained during our time here alive. Decalcifying our pineal gland and removing neurotoxins from our bodies is a step in the right direction.  Through watching what we eat, monitoring how much time we spend creating versus consuming, and using natural methods to keep up good hygiene,  we may find ourselves on the path to a happy and healthy life. Dr. Bronner’s peppermint toothpaste is an organic toothpaste that tastes subtle and delicious and keeps your teeth healthy while causing no harm. I highly recommend switching to a fluoride free toothpaste, and this organic toothpaste is a great place to start. 1. Hi Christopher,

I didn´t have an idea that the fluoride contained in the traditional kinds of toothpaste could harm us. Do you know what are the effects on the pineal gland? It is a little concerning to see that everyday products do to us, probably the best would be to stick with natural products.

    1. Fluoride calcifies the pineal gland, kind of like coating it with a thick shell, inhibiting its ability to function as efficient. Over time, it makes people passive and less likely to resist orders, it was given to prisoners of war by the nazis during world war II to make them less resistant. Or so the story goes.

      1. So do you think that this is how Alzheimer starts ?

        1. I believe it could be, I think there are a lot of factors involved in that. I think that it varies from case to case, but we would have to look at all of the habits over the person’s lifetime.
